Matteo Valenti
Born in Sicily, he moved to Milan when still very young, and there he revealed from the beginning an interest in the artistic work of noble metal in the furnishing. As a 20-year-old he began work under the patronage of Master Enrico De Girardi, learning the special art of working wrought iron into items of great beauty, and becoming the Master’s “right-hand man”. He has a special talent for the conception & creation of large-scale, custom made, elegant light fittings.
