Roberto Maci
Roberto Maci studied painting and sculpture at the School of Fine Arts in Bologna and graduated in architecture in Florence in 1986. He opened his own studio in Bologna, mainly focusing on architecture and design in the early 1990\’s. In 1998 he set up LAB+ \”Laboratorio di Architettura Bioecologica\”, an initiative aimed at raising awareness about natural living. Currently the studio, which is now internationally-renowned and has a flexible and dynamic structure, is specialised in the design and development of buildings, houses, commercial areas and interior design items, with a special focus on the use of shapes, techniques and materials for natural building solutions.
