La Dina, the chair in solid ash wood designed by Luca Nichetto, is the contemporary reinterpretation of the Tyrolean chairs, a classic icon in the imaginary of a mountain environment. Its name plays with that of the Ladin language, spoken by the populations who, in the past, built their settlements in the Dolomites mountains. La-Dina uses a simple and solid assembly system, in which the legs are grafted into the solid wood of the seat, to which the back is then secured thanks to a locking wedge, applied by pressure. The rounded lines and the different colors of the wood make it an elegant chair, ironic and suitable for different domestic environments.
