Supple, light, and elegant. This chair, designed in 1849, uses the new technique of steam-bent beech wood, and clearly shows the Gebrüder Thonet Vienna philosophy. The components have been simplified, to enable mass production. The seat is made from cane. Designed in 1850. Handmade in Italy.
