Matthias Demacker

Matthias Demacker was born in southern Germany and studied Design at FH Niederrhein in Krefeld. In 2003 he set up his own design studio, designing for clients in the field of furniture, light and accessories and has received many acknowledgements at international level; amongst these, the Interior Innovation Award and nomination for the Designpreis, both in 2005, and the red dot 2007. His vision on design: ‘make it special, but keep it simple’.
