Christian Piccolo
Born in Montebelluna (Treviso) in 1977, eclectic designer. After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice with honors (110/110 cum laude), he began working as a Designer, Graphic Designer and Interior Designer. He has directed his research towards a formal language that we could define as minimalist and rational. Its expression is in fact reduced to essentiality, favoring the study focused on the spatial possibilities offered by the pure form, to do this it follows precise mathematical relationships making use of the golden section. He begins his professional activity by designing his first ceramic products, later collaborating with various companies with which he participates in the most important international fairs: Salone del Mobile, Cersaie, ISH, Abitare il Tempo, Macef, Light&Building, Maison&Object. In 2011 he was awarded with a special mention at Young&Design. In the same year, two products were awarded by the DesignandDesign International Awards and included in the fourth volume of the Book of the Year. Other products have been reported by blogs and portals and published in the most prestigious magazines in the sector.
