Pier Luigi Frighetto founded his studio Black Tie in 1977, in Vicenza, Italy. His focus was on handmade sofas made with the highest quality of italian materials and stunningly elegant designs. After 35 years, he still produces sofas focusing on craft and quality fabrication. He believes that luxury is considered as a sense of harmony and perfection, as a subtle attention to detail.
